In many cases, a significant part of our work only begins after notarization. We obtain the necessary approvals and certificates and arrange for completion in the land register or commercial register. In the case of purchase contracts, we ensure that both parties to the contract are always protected. We certify that the purchase price is due and only arrange for the transfer of ownership once the purchase price has been paid. When a company is founded, we ensure that it is entered in the commercial register. Once a will has been drawn up, we take care of the entry in the Central Register of Wills and place the document in the safe custody of the local court.
