Dr. Carl Michael Niemeyer

Dr. Carl Michael Niemeyer studied law in Constance and Geneva and successfully passed both state law examinations. He then completed his doctorate in international corporate law in Heidelberg. After his first professional positions as a notary assessor in Miltenberg and Munich, he was appointed as a notary in Eschenbach, where he worked for several years. Further professional positions followed in Bamberg before he took up his position as a notary in Erlangen in 2020. Dr. Niemeyer has extensive expertise in various areas of the notarial profession and is an experienced advisor on all legal issues relating to notarial matters. He is also in charge of the archives of notaries in Erlangen up to 1949 as well as the archives of his predecessors. Dr. Niemeyer supports his clients with well-founded legal expertise and many years of experience.
